    Bananen-Curry mit Lupine

    Banana-Lupine Curry (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free)

Lupine provides valuable alkaline protein, which athletes like to use in protein shakes or in baked goods to reduce carbohydrates and increase the protein content. Also to be mentioned is the high biological value of the sweet lupine, which supplies all the essential amino acids we humans need.

Especially for allergy sufferers with a gluten intolerance, the Lupine offer a delicious alternative to wheat and Co., as it contains no gluten and does not contain any cholesterol.

My Banana-Lupine Curry is packed with a bunch of healthy, nourishing and bright ingredients to get us through our day.
