Oatmeal pancakes with cinnamon pancakes (vegan & sugar free)
Naturally sweet with the power of cinnamon and apples
For the batter of my super fluffy oatmeal pancakes, I deliberately avoided using refined sugar or alternative sweeteners. So everyone can decide for themselves whether and how much they want to sweeten with maple syrup.
If the sugar or sweetener is hidden in the batter, this decision is much more difficult to make.
